Gail Schilling, BSN, RN, CMOF is not only a registered nurse with over 30 years experience, she has been the co-owner of a DME/POS business. She has over 10 years experience in working with small DME/POS providers in developing and maintaining performance improvement plans. She has been the compliance officer of an independent DMEPOS facility as well as played intricate part of a 10 office DMEPOS organization in developing and organizing their on-going Accreditation program. She has worked in acute care, long term care, home care and in medical bill review areas in addition to her DME/POS experience.

George Ireton, President & CEO of Shasta Consulting & Web Design, Inc., is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in corporate America. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and graduate of the University of Redlands. In 1972 he began a rewarding career with The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company working in the areas of Traffic Control, Information Systems, and Safety Compliance. Mr. Ireton went on to achieve further success as Safety Director for a regional motor carrier. During that time he authored specialized and custom software to fulfill compliance requirements for federally mandated random drug and alcohol testing. He later accepted a top level IT management positon with a leading-edge Internet Service Provider. In 2004, Mr. Ireton founded a new technology firm specializing in Live Web Systems and Search Engine Optimization.
